Personal modeling and texturing project, with few concept art.

To be honest, there was no other concrete goal for this creation than an image to get out of my head… A lot of fun in Maya!


Everything have been modelised, rigged and animated in Maya (even if the rig and anim are quite primitive, it’s enough to add a little more life to the scene)!

The majority of textures were painted by hand on Substance, or created on Photoshop.

 

 


Alma’s first marks were written in a notebook, then designed with Photoshop, modeled on Maya, textured with Substance Painter (aaaand a little of Designer and Photoshop), as for the rig, skinning, animation and, a part of the shading, they were made on Maya, render with Arnold, hairs and fibers are realized with XGen and XGen Interactive Groom. Then a little bit of Nuke (chromatic aberration yum yum), and that’s it!
